Gold Coast artist Julie Vincent is back with her first solo exhibition in over two decades, called Travels Within. Its a mix of paintings and poetry straight from her book of the same name, cooked up while she was dodging domestic violence, couch-surfing through homelessness, and somehow smashing out a PhD. The works capture that chaotic grind, with faith stepping in as the unlikely plot twist to drag her out of the dark.

Opening night is Friday 6 March 2026 at 6pm, with the show running through to 25 March. Proceeds head to Streets Presence, the local homelessness outreach where Julie volunteers her time.
