After a two-year hiatus, it's time to dust off your red dress and warm up your backward pterodactyl. The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever (MWHDE) is returning to the Gold Coast's outdoor stage at HOTA, Home of the Arts.

The MWHDE is a joyous day of dance and fun for everyone. It's about community connection and coming together with friends and strangers to participate in a truly unique and fun global movement while raising funds for a charity supporting women, children, and pets in a domestic violence refuge. We think donning red dresses and recreating this iconic dance has its own unique spiritual, healing, and magical elements!

The MWHDE Gold Coast has set a very ambitious goal for this year’s wuthering: to raise $2000 and get 200 Cathy’s dancing.

The Sanctuary is a self-funded refuge providing a safe haven for women and children fleeing a life of domestic violence, and at The Sanctuary, they can bring their pets! 100% of profits from our event are donated directly to The Sanctuary, and the impact is both immediate and direct.
