The is basically a big showcase of flips, twists, and all sorts of gymnastic wizardry from the hundreds of clubs dotted around Australia, plus a few international folks joining the fun. Its kicking off from 17 September to 5 October 2025 at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, the same spot that handled badminton, para powerlifting, weightlifting, and wrestling during the 2018 Commonwealth Games, so it knows a thing or two about keeping things bouncing along. Expect over 5000 competitors, officials, support crew, and gawking spectators to descend from across the country and beyond, covering all seven gym sports in what started back in 2018 and is locked in on the Gold Coast until 2027. After last years hit, this ones shaping up to be even more of a spectacle, though without the hype, just the honest sweat and skill on display.
