Frogs are really hopping at this time of year.

You can join the froggy fun by taking part in the annual Frog ID Week – Australia's biggest frog count!

The count aims to monitor frog distributions over time, helping scientists to understand how frogs and their ecosystems are responding to our changing planet.

You don't need to be an expert – anyone can participate. You just use the free FrogID app on a smart phone to record frog calls. Experts can then identify the species of frog from its call.
