Hi mums,

Has anybody got advice regarding requesting fir a flexibility arrangement at work? I'm currently going through it at my work and they are just declining everything I have proposed aggressively. I'm deciding whether to take it further or take their shitty inflexible offer. Looking for advice and people's experience.. Its been a very stressful time for me.
