8x8 is an art award created by teen Katura Halleday to raise funds to provide an education to girls unable to access school in Mozambique and Tanzania. The exhibition is vibrant, fun, engaging and an exciting opportunity for artists to contribute to the lives of those so much less fortunate than themselves.


Artists and creatives of all ages and skill levels enter the award by donating an 8×8-sized artwork to a 7-day exhibition. All artwork is for sale during the exhibition. All of the profits go to supporting the 8x8 scholarship program.

The artwork is judged on opening night and the winner receives a wonderful prize. The winner of the junior category receives a prize pack.
