Women Needed for Empowering Advertising Campaign

We are currently looking for Australian, New Zealand and Irish women based in Australia to feature in a powerful campaign for a major pain relief brand. The campaign highlights the issue of mistreatment of pain in women and how 1 in 2 women are offered ineffective advice and solutions instead of effective pain relief.

Participants need to be aged between 20 - 60 and have experienced severe pain that went unchecked or dismissed and subsequently worsened. For example, participants may have had endometriosis minimised as bad period cramps, migraines dismissed as tension headaches, autoimmune-related pains as psychosomatic or any other pain ignored such as back or joint pain, sciatica, postnatal, thyroid or menopausal-related pains.

This pain might have also been ignored not only by medical professionals but by family, friends, colleagues and society as a whole and the campaign aims to show the full extent of this societal issue.

Ultimately, the participants need to be comfortable sharing their experience on camera as part of the campaign and have general availability between 5th – 15th December 2023 (ie. not be out of Australia for that entire period.) Only 1-2 days are required and the shoot will be locked down to accommodate the final cast.

A minimum fee of AUD $5000 will be paid to each of the participants for their contribution.
