Has anyone has has successful experience with helping depressed partner who does not want to get help?
We are married for over 10 years and have young children. He s not well and obviously suffering from depression. His solution is to blame me and the family making him unhappy and he wants out!
He refuses to seek help. And he wouldn't hear anything I say.
I picked the right moment to finally mention that his behavior ticks every box of depression, he said he will see someone when he feels like it, but he wants out.
I still love the man (damn it!) and willing to do anything and give my marriage a shot, my little family is precious to me and is worth fighting for.
We both first generation migrants and have no family apart from each other.
