Nine talented sculptors from around the world have been invited to put their skills to the test, as they go head to head to create intricate large scale sand sculptures, in a bid to take home the 2018 Australian Sand Sculpting Championship. Working over five days, the talented sculptors will collaborate to create the largest sand sculpt in the history of Sand Safari Arts Festival.

Vote for your favourite sand sculpture from the 9th – 11th February in the People's Choice Award.

The Championship title will be announced at 4pm on Sunday 11th February. Stay on afterwards for the inaugural mermaid book reading at the Neptune’s Throne Sand Sculpture as the Sand Safari Arts Festival is officially opened. It will remain open til Sunday 25th of February, 2018.
